At least one local company arranges a paddle down the river combined with a ride back on the Severn Valley Railway. Day trips to the Dee and the Wye are also possible from here.

Astronomy and stargazing
We're lucky enough to have fairly dark skies here on a clear night, so Colemore Farm makes an ideal place for beginners and intermediate stargazers. We can lend you good binoculars and by prior arrangement we can set up our Meade ETX-125 telescope.
