Riverside walk to Trimpley Reservoir and Eymore Wood (8 miles)

Enjoy a walk along the river to Trimpley and on through Eymore Wood. Returning along the top of the valley with good views of the Shropshire countryside. Booking essential for all walks. Meet at 9.15am for a 9.30am start. Please wear walking boots and bring a packed lunch and drink

Brass Band Festival (Outdoor Event)

The Ironbridge Gorge Brass Band Festival will take place outdoors on The Green showcasing some of the finest brass bands from Shropshire and the surrounding counties. The free family event is amongst the largest, non-competitive brass band festivals in the country. Performances begin at 10am. The programme includes a ticketed evening concert on 15 July in support of the Severn Hospice. Bar drinks and light refreshments will be available to purchase or bring a picnic.

Shrewsbury Summer Fair

Explore the church in all its medieval magnificence, stewards are always on hand and very happy to assist with any questions you may have about the history of this wonderful location which dates back to Saxon times.
