Wild Garlic

Well, it looks as though Spring has been and gone.  We have had some rain today after all the warm, sunny blue skies but it’s always great to have walk in the countryside around.   What a wonderful Easter weekend we have all had at the farm. There are wonderful walks from the farm and here is a picture of wild garlic.  Easy to spot and smell!  There is plenty along the disused railway line that runs along the River Severn.  It’s best picked before the white flowers decide to show their faces. The quality is much better.  Wild garlic is great to use in many ways such as pesto.
