Dog Friendly Accommodation

Well behaved dogs are welcome for a small additional charge of £50, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Colemore Farm is a small holding and has other animals here including our own dogs.  Your dogs do need to be 'animal friendly'. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept any other type of animals or birds.  Please do NOT leave your dog unattended in the barn.

Fireworks, bonfires, balloons and sky lanterns are not allowed at Colemore Farm so all animals should feel safe here.

Inside Frog Mill Barn

Dogs may be kept in the living areas of Frog Mill Barn, but we ask you not to let your dogs upstairs please. However, the barn is generally furnished and equipped with dogs in mind. Please use your own blankets to protect areas.

Animals, ponds, brooks and other agricultural hazards are around the farm. I also use barbed wire and electric fences to control our animals.  Electric fences are clearly signed.

Outside Frog Mill Barn

Frog Mill Barn has its own dedicated garden with fencing and gates, where dogs are free to roam without leads. During your stay, all dogs need to be on leads whist out of the barn and dedicated garden. Please ensure that you clean up after your dog.

There are excellent walks for dogs from Frog Mill Barn itself and further afield. A good selection of leaflets, maps and books, including the local "Walking with Boomerang" walk books, written specifically for dog owners are available. I also have a list of good quality pubs that are happy to take dogs, as well as local attractions that welcome dogs.

I reserve the right to withhold a reasonable amount from the deposit for any additional cleaning, damage or breakage caused by your dog.
